The free report tool on this site processes your CSV file entirely in your browser. The file is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by us. Closing the page discards it.
If you choose to email us a client list so we can run a report or reactivation sequence for you, we use it only for that purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share client lists with third parties for their marketing. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to share the list and for your customers' communication preferences; every reactivation message we prepare includes an opt-out, and opt-outs are honored and suppressed from future sends.
This website has no accounts, no analytics trackers, and no advertising cookies. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to provide support and operate the service. Payment processing, when active, is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy; we never see or store full card numbers.
