The $1 founding reservation deposit is refundable in full at any time on request — just email us. It is also refunded automatically if the founding service does not launch.
You may cancel at any time by emailing devin-b-royal@java1kind.xyz or through the cancellation route provided at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep service access until then, and no further charges are made.
If we fail to deliver the service in a billing period (for example, your reactivation sequence never ran), that period is refunded in full on request. Other refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days and answered by email; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
