SecondSniff™ helps professional pet groomers identify past customers whose pets appear overdue for grooming, based on the grooming history and cycle the groomer provides, and prepares a polite reactivation email sequence. It is not booking software and does not replace your existing scheduling system.
The service is in early-access validation. Features, onboarding order, and timelines may change during validation, and any change that affects a paying founding member's price or core service will be communicated by email before it takes effect.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the client data you provide, for having a lawful basis to contact your customers, and for honoring opt-outs. Reactivation messages drafted or sent through the service must comply with applicable marketing and messaging laws. We do not guarantee any number of rebookings; results depend on your client list and market.
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk mail, deceptive messages, or messages to people who have opted out. We may suspend service for misuse.
The service is provided "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
